Yep, that's the reason I posted this. I knew there was someone on the DMC board that was into bombers but I couldn't remember who exactly.

It's truly amazing. My biggest fear would be actually seeing the guy try to fly it and risking the high probability of wrecking it. First flights are the most susceptible to crashes. It belongs in Museum before something happens to it.
I also had the opportunity to fly in B-17 about 10 years ago. I think is was "Sentimental Journey" Unfortunatly I don't have any photo's from the experience. I did get to ride in the front catbird seat during take off. That was unique experience.
