Fixed wobbling AC fan with "duckt tape and bubblegum" (WD40 and some pressure to level out the fan).

Gave the car a nice wipe with window cleaner. Looking shinier now. Will do a more perfect job soon.

Still (re-)searching for a good ground location in the driver's side footwell. Might have to pull the ground for the remote trunk release to the radio bracket.

The way I see it, if you're gonna drive around in a car, why not do it with some style?

Try one of the body bolts under the carpet below the center console. Direct to frame connection.

I used a bolt for the shifter mounting plate.

You can't buy happiness, but you can buy a DeLorean and that's sort of the same thing....

Thank you both. Will give this a try. The shifter plate bolt is an idea I was already pondering.

Put the rear suspension back on the car for a last minute job request. Took about 6 hours to get everything back on (trailing arms upwards), and bleed the brake calipers and such. I'm going to be taking it all back off again after this weekend, but the money I was offered for the one day of a static display was too much to turn down!

Not exactly. The bolt goes thru fiberglass, through an epoxied bracket and into a captive nut that it pulled against the epoxy coating. If there is a ground there its completely accidental. The seat belt bolt is screwed into a welded part of the frame, however.

Driving in the beautiful san diego sun! Then...suddenly my left and right turn signals aren't working. Just recently upgraded to led tail lights . So I think the relay underneath the dash I put in bit the bullet easy fix though

If you are using led signals you must change the flasher unit to an electronic unit for led use.
