    Hi Thomas,
Funny you should ask as I'm staring at some mild steel prototypes with some dimensional changes to help with the fitment of the taller DMCH switches to make them fit better and hopefully be easier to R&R once installed. I just got them the night before last. I need to test fit them and see how they respond to the stock switch as well. My intention is for them to improve the fit of any switch available but two styles may be required to achieve that goal. We are much closer to a final design than we were a week ago so the answer is yes there is movement. Please stay tuned for an update ASAP.

Anything you want Matt but I think the "Matolign" switch plate has a nice ring to it!
Hey are you available on the telly right now for a Mato-conference on your Mato-vision on some other products?
We can even keep the 2nd T if you like.

I just had several new prototypes made with various altered demensions and have hit on the perfect fitting combination. I will be making these shortly and will let you know when the "Mattoline" switchplates are available. There's your extra T matt

Additionally I had a brainstorm for an altered optional version that will solve another longstanding issue with the switchs if my hunch is correct. More to follow as soon as my lazercutter gets back from vacation.

Hopefully something with a little thickness so that the new switches can not only align but not bottom out on the tub?
You can't buy happiness, but you can buy a DeLorean and that's sort of the same thing....

Yep, thickness was increased to address that.

I changed several dimensions slightly so that these will work with the pesky DMCH height situation as well as with every other swicth I've seen used in a DMC. I can't wait to finish this little project up.

Me either. Living in a gated neighborhood and not having a spare remote means I actually have to use my switches often, and it gets stuck in the up position. If I am not careful, I will burn something out.
