"legal action"? WTF? You mean you went to our server hosts to "tell on us" because we "broke our own rules" by criticising you for deliberately misrepresenting your car to get more business.
Yes you were banned for willfully attempting (very unsuccessfully) to shut down the site, trying to curtail freedom of speech, and generally being a d*ck.
You also took down a load of reviews on another site that contained amongst other things a fake 5 star review from a family member of yours, and a genuine bad review from a paying customer of yours alleging that you had misrepresented your car as being "the actual car"!

Congratulations Steve (BTTF Car), I guess alienating yourself from the entire UK DeLorean community obviously wasn't enough, now you're going for global. Nice work, really.
I don't think you can even comprehend that you are burning bridges here with people who would have actually taken time out to help you when you do have a problem (and believe me you will) with your car.

All right folks, this has been fun but it's just getting us going nowhere.
What's obvious is that this guy here has his one minor claim to fame which would be cool if he wasn't such an asshole about it. It's clear from his post, his signature, and his user profile (all of which contain the EXACT same content) that it's this tiny set of things about his car that he trots out to try and tell everyone in the world that he's better than them while acting superior and douchy. Beyond that, as soon as someone takes him down a peg or two, he puffs up his chest and angrily reiterates those same talking points to try and reestablish superiority.
Let's stop and just let him stew in the pit of his own lack of self confidence.
I've seen the video in the OP many times before, and the only reason I rewatch it is because I love the moment when Chris Lloyd says that he's so happy to be there with MJF. (Incidentally, I never once thought about or cared about the replica, since it's pretty much expected to have one there. If it wasn't the OP's car, it would've been someone else's.)

Yeah, pretty much this. I've never seen someone act like a dick straight out the gate like that. I'm blunt which is misinterpreted by some as being an asshole, but I'm only ever a real asshole when the situation calls for it. This dude thinks EXISTING calls for it ever since having a car on a stage inflated his ego beyond recovery. *shrug*

Before he exited left, or the before thread got closed, I was hoping he (or someone) would have revealed the VIN, or did I miss it?

I've looked at that photo so many times and I've wished there were a way to know whether my car is in that photo or not, and if it is, where it is.

I will henceforth adopt the view that 5311 exists on a quantum level, and that it is simultaneously all and none of those cars.
If you can prove me wrong, I will have Werner Heisenberg stab you in the throat.

I don't think it has been fun for everyone. Not likely the OP and not likely some of the other members of the forum who have read through this thread.
I was logged in last night as the first few posts were made and I saw things unfold a little different than much of what is written later on here.
I saw the original post and thought the video was great. I too really enjoyed seeing Chris and Michael on stage smiling as they were. Like it was said, it is a Time Machine and if it were not the OPs, it would be someone else's. Screen accurate or whatever, for the sake of the people in the audience there, I don't think it would have mattered.
I personally didn't read into the OP using 'the' in the subject line being anything more than just a coincidental choice of words. I can see how using "a" could have been in there instead of 'the' or 'my'. It didn't say 'thee" which to me would sound more like what is being assumed to be the meaning. It wasn't in bold or italics either, and in the subject line only as in the first couple sentences in his post he talks about it being built by J Ryan and others. Also worth noting is I was not aware of any past history in the UK or elsewhere as none of that shown through in the message (to me anyway).
I saw when Dermot posted the first comment about 'the' and 'a'. I knew at that point it would be sure to get ugly and in all honesty viewd his comment as a form of trolling as people say. That's the post that started it on a spiral to me anyway.
Another comment comes in saying the video is great and then come the UK posts highlighting something occuring elsewhere and not on this forum for whatever reason.
The OP was told to "watch it" yet his comment of 'whatever!' I thought was just fine because to me he was saying ok gotcha on the "the/a" part, it's not a big deal. Later on some comments exactly to that point about making it a bigger deal than what it was, but I felt like it was the trolling comments by others blowing it out of proportion and not the OP.
Chris commented on needing to find a sense of humor, which I thought would have been okay except the OP was being picked on/cyber bullied and didn't have it coming. Ron nods his approval now saying the forum is all for outing this guy.
A few posts later Chris tells him his car is trash or whatever it was that basically resorted to name calling and now you wonder why you got him worked up? I know Chris has a thing for correcting certain people's grammar and spelling, so it is what it is, but if you see the other mistakes in his posts, then all the more reason why he didn't necessarily choose 'the' over 'a' the way you think he did.
I get that perhaps the OP has ticked off some UK owners elsewhere, but for anyone that doesn't read up on that stuff, this thread looks like he wasn't given a fair chance. That's my opinion anyway. It just reeked of the small kid getting picked on in the school yard by the big kids. Something a few here seem to have some experience with.
