"legal action"? WTF? You mean you went to our server hosts to "tell on us" because we "broke our own rules" by criticising you for deliberately misrepresenting your car to get more business.
Yes you were banned for willfully attempting (very unsuccessfully) to shut down the site, trying to curtail freedom of speech, and generally being a d*ck.
You also took down a load of reviews on another site that contained amongst other things a fake 5 star review from a family member of yours, and a genuine bad review from a paying customer of yours alleging that you had misrepresented your car as being "the actual car"!
