For a door blocker, you can use 3/4inch PVC pipe to go between the door pins. Just cut out a slot for the pin on one end of the pipe. Stores up front in the frunk and doesn't take up much space. I covered mine with duct tape to decorate.

Otherwise there is the Show Stopper from Delorean Go if you want a retail solution.
